BACK ORDER POLICY
Back Order Special Discount and Price
A 5% backorder discount will be given on all back ordered items as a way to say thank you for waiting at the time. A back-order reference code will be sent to the customer’s email after the back order is confirmed.
You may also add to your back order if you do so within two weeks of our ETA date.
Notification and Payment
The back-order invoice with reference code will be emailed to you around 3 days before your back orders become available. You will have 5 working days window to complete the payment before the back-order discount becomes invalid.
We will ship your order as soon as back ordered product is available. If there is an in-stock item and a backorder item on your order, our standard policy is to ship the order complete. If you would like us to ship the in-stock product(s) first, please contact us. Partially shipping your order may incur additional shipping fees.

Cancellation / Termination
If your payment is not completed within the invoice payment window period, the back order discount might be invalid.
Should you decide not to keep the back order, please contact us . We can cancel your backorder, add or remove an item or items, change the shipping method, etc. before your order is in shipping.
Due to current supply chain issues, Covid-19, increased shipping times, high demand, etc. backorder ETAs are extended. Most of our manufacturers are either not providing us backorder ETAs at all, or backorder ETAs we are provided are unreliable.
- Please understand that backorder ETAs, by definition, are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Please understand that in most cases, we will not be able to provide a backorder ETA with any degree of certainty nor will we be able to provide ETA updates regularly. In most cases, the shipments we receive will come when they come with little or no prior warning.
